ME and my Big Mouth

ME and my big mouth, I've been going with Pamela the past few years to a LLL conference down in Orlando. The first year I went to wrangle Cub and to give Pamela a hand in the 'bookstore'. I mentioned on the way back home that

'Ya know, the bookstore could really be run a bit better, maybe have it open a bit longer, have one or two people really know whats going on, blah blah blah ... '

So, last year Pamela was again in charge of the bookstore, and I got volunteered to run it. I was there open to close for the three days the conference is going on. And I'll have to say, I think it went much better, and more books were sold.

But then my big mouth just had to open up again. And I made comments on the 'food' discussions I sat in on.

'Ya know, those food talks were kinda disappointing, there was no real knowledge passed on. It was just strange opinion and a lot of patting each other on the back.'

You can guess what happened, this year Pamela and I are running one of the talks. We are giving a talk on 'how to get food in your toddler'. Working up a big document on it, with recipes and websites for more information. We are going to bring examples of some of the snack ideas.

I look forward to a lively discussion and hopefully everyone will come out of the meeting satiated.
