shooting star

Got sent to the store tonight to pick up some butter for Pamela's manic cookie baking. She's making Maya Chocolate and some type of Ginger cookie tonight.

As I was pulling out of the parking lot, this bright light whizzed across the sky. I came home and looked it up. Tonight is the Geminids Meteor Shower. Pretty cool I saw one up in town ...

I spent a bit looking this evening, but the moon is sooo bright tonight, it overpowers everything. Maybe I'll drag myself out of bed at about 5:30 and see what I can see. Who am I kidding? I'm glad I saw the one 'cause I ain't dragging myself out into the cold to look a space debris falling onto our planet.

Dave ...
