There I am sitting at work, smoldering over silly problems created by a user that won't listen and now is trying to circumvent me to get a "yes, certainly, whatever you want" answer .. wondering "WHY am I a computer geek? WHY didn't I stick with Architecture or something else easy? .. NO! I have to be a computer geek and be able to fix problems with the snap of a finger ... feh!"
The phone rings and its ... the little boy ..
And I barely hear over the phone (he speaks very low on the phone ...)
